Soraya Correa Director of the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Department of Homeland Security Soraya Correa is the Director of the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO). She has 28 years of experience in procurement, federal assistance, and acquisitions management.
Ms. Correa has held leadership positions at several Federal agencies including the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), which was transferred into the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in March 2003.
