Thirty years after women became 50 percent of the college graduates in the United States, men still hold the vast majority of leadership positions in government and industry.
The WIN Committee is a standing Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) committee. It is chartered by, and responsible to, the Northern-Virginia (NOVA) AFCEA chapter. WIN was created, in part, to further AFCEA NOVA's mission and to enhance the seamless integration of a more diversified membership within and across AFCEA NOVA.
WIN's volunteer Board and Sub-Committees work to ensure its mission goals and objectives are met and help to bring about awareness and positive change.
