Lt. Gen. William T. Lord is the Chief of Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. General Lord leads five directorates and two field operating agencies consisting of more than 1,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel supporting a portfolio valued at $17 billion.

Soraya Correa is the Director of the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO). She has 28 years of experience in procurement, federal assistance, and acquisitions management.
Ms. Correa has held leadership positions at several Federal agencies including the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), which was transferred into the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in March 2003.

Kevin Plexico is the senior vice president, Research and Analysis Services at INPUT, where he manages the delivery of INPUT’s information products providing essential industry information and insights to over 1,500 member organizations. Plexico is responsible for leading the industry’s largest team of analysts focused on the public sector market.

Major General Steven Smith is the Director for the U.S. Army CIO/G6 Cyber Directorate. Major General Smith is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the Army's cyberspace strategy. He is also responsible for the Army's cyber-related information technology systems and subsystems.
Major General Smith is a Distinguished Military Graduate of The Citadel, where he holds a BS in Education. He also holds an MS in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University, and an MS in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
