Colonel Kenneth H. Fielding is the Commander of the 554th Electronic Systems Group, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.  He is responsible for the development and operational sustainment of capabilities for the Air Force’s major Force Projection and Readiness, Finance, Contracting, Human Resources, Medical and Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command support information technology systems.  The Group is comprised of more than 840 people located in 4 states executing more that $270M annually.

Col Fielding was born in Columbia, Missouri and entered the Air Force through Officer Training School in 1983.  His career comprises a mix of assignments in the Tactical Air Command, Air Force Materiel Command laboratory and product centers, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force  (Acquisition) Staff, and the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization.
