John S. DeLauche
Mr. DeLauche retired as a career officer from the United States Air Force in 1988. He is currently the VP of Operations and Director of the NCI Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) Air Force Support contract. Mr. DeLauche has over 40 years of technical and program acquisition/management experience with both Government and industry. During his career, Mr. DeLauche led efforts that ranged from ballistic missile development and testing to overhead photo reconnaissance space programs. Mr. DeLauche has been associated with the development of sophisticated Air Crew Weapons trainers and simulators such as the Under Graduate Navigator Trainer and the B-1 Bomber Crew trainer. During Mr. DeLauches’ career with industry, he has provided leadership in developing methodologies and technologies required for high end electronic technical manuals using SGML, HTML, and XML, logistics data warehousing and support systems, information management support networks and systems, and computer information assurance applications and capabilities. Mr. DeLauche holds a BS degree in electrical engineering, an MBA in Management, and is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC). Mr. DeLauche is certified as a Computer Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
