The GIG Enterprise Services (GES) is part of the Component Acquisition Executive. The GES is responsible for the following DISA programs: NCES, Collaboration, Portal, Content Del/Disc, SOA Foundation.
Deputy Director, Defense Spectrum Organization, DISA
The Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) is the center of excellence for electromagnetic spectrum analysis and the development of integrated spectrum plans and long-term strategies to address current and future needs for DoD spectrum access. DSO provides direct operational support to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Combatant Commanders, Secretaries of Military Departments, and Directors of Defense Agencies to achieve national security and military objectives.

The DISA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) advises the Director of DISA on small business matters, and represents the Agency before Congress, the Office Secretary of Defense (OSD), and other agencies in accordance with DFARS 19.201 (d)(2). It also participates and monitors the DISA acquisition process, and develops and monitors the disadvantaged business program to ensure that small business, women owned, small disadvantaged business concerns and Historically Black Colleges, Universities, and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI's) receive a fair portion of DISA contract awards.

Continuing with our theme of informing/educating small business our first breakfast is scheduled for Friday October 24, 2008 “Getting in Step with DISA”. DISA is the provider of global Net-Centric solutions for the nation's warfighters and all those who support them in the nation’s defense.
AFCEA NOVA Small Business Committee has assembled a panel with diverse DISA expertise. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with three DISA senior leaders, and Fedsources who will brief on technology opportunities across DISA.
The DISA panel will provide information to help you understand their organization's current goals, priorities, and strategy.
