Our panel of speakers will showcase the U.S. Air Force program NetCents and the upcoming $9 Billion Dollar procurement NetCents II Services - helping you understand how this new contract vehicle will be used by the Air Force.
About Our Presenters:
Matt Benavides directs an innovative, multi-skilled, integrated team, leading the Air Force in shaping enterprise IT investments and providing strategic business solutions that deliver integrated joint warfighting capabilities through agile and comprehensive lifecycle management. The group acquires quality information technology products and services used by virtually every organization on bases worldwide.
Ron Poussard leads the Small and Minority Business Program for the U.S. Air Force. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Poussard was the Air Force Program Executive Officer for Combat and Mission Support Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. He led the acquisition of services for the Air Force and was responsible for managing and overseeing more than $100 billion in existing and planned contracts awarded by commands across the Air Force. Mr. Poussard will present information on Small Business Programs and relate information on the upcoming NetCents II Solutions.
Col. Ken Fielding is responsible for the development and operational sustainment of capabilities for the Air Force’s major Force Projection and Readiness, Finance, Contracting, Human Resources, Medical and HQ Air Force Materiel Command support IT systems. His Electronic Systems Group is comprised of more than 840 people located in 4 states executing more that $270M annually. Col. Fielding will share information about his command and how the 554th will be using the NetCents II Solutions contract.
John DeLauche is currently the VP of Operations and Director of the NCI NETCENTS Air Force Support contract. He retired as a career officer from the United States Air Force in 1988, and has over 40 years of technical and program acquisition/management experience with both Government and Industry. Mr. DeLauche will share the successful history of NCI’s current NetCents contract, and how NCI effectively used the NetCents contract to expand their business.
Kevin Plexico has guided the evolution of INPUT's product offerings, service capabilities, and IT operations over the last 15 years. He will present the strategic direction, planning and development of NetCents II Solutions and other AF Small Business programs.
