Dr. Fielding is responsible for the acquisition development and operational sustainment of robust enterprise transformation capabilities in contract writing, sourcing support, and foreign material sales systems for the Department of Defense.

Business Transformation Agency (BTA)
Mr. DiVittorio took charge of DAI program in August of 2008 serving in several areas of the program to include Global Model Requirements development, Help Desk Operations, and Implementation management and as a Contract Officers Representative (COR) for five of the major DAI service contracts. He is currently implanting four time and labor deployments during FY10 to four separate DOD Agencies.
